What it does
It is similar in function to any other accounting system, as accountancy is defined globally in its functionality and legal compliance. Traditionally a labour-intensive subsector, we have reduced cost and increased productivity.
It is designed differently to any other accounting system in respect of user functionality. A minimal number of menus reduces the number of keystrokes from login to transact to logout when completing a transaction. No single transaction exceeds ten keystrokes, login to logout.
An intelligent system of menu loading and data searching further reduces transaction timing. We designed an accounting system for non-accountants. The only prerequisite is English language skills.
BudgetPilot integrates fully into the ProfitPilot Accounting solution, so once the budget has been created the data can be integrated directly during month-end processes. At a predetermined time the two products capture the accounting actuals for the period into the BudgetPilot system, then automatically produce reports and email them to pre-authorised recipients, with analysis reports from ManageMe if purchased.

SMEs
SMEs gain greater access to current financial budgets, often a funding criterion, but simple and easy to send financials in less than five keystrokes.
Accountants
Accountants can service their SME clients at a much higher service level. No staff increases and greatly increased financial requirements, due to our levels of automation in the system.
Sports Clubs
Sports clubs have complex accounting and budgeting systems, and the integration of budgets and accounting with automated reporting makes management of the financials simple and removes the need to employ additional staff.
Financiers
Financiers can track SME budgets against actual transactions online if agreed with the client.
