ProfitPilot was established in 2012. It started as an accounting solution. The product was literally written from scratch as a cash accounting system to manage a state SME development project, in a period of 2 months. One coder did the project.

We changed the thinking of how accounting solutions should function. Designed not for accountants, but for entrepreneurs, who were not computer nor financially literate. Simplicity was the core design characteristic.

Users only need to be able to read English and they can capture their accounting information.

The product was mothballed and revived last year, retaining the same design philosophy, but increasing entrepreneurial functionality.

The product has grown into a suite that offers entrepreneurs less work, more answers, more planning information.

The suite also offers a broad range of short training documents.
